I'M TUCKER

I’ve always found it difficult to sum up what I do in just a few sentences because photography isn’t just a career for me; it’s a lifelong pursuit of connection, artistry, and storytelling. If we haven’t met yet, here’s a bit about me:

I grew up in Oregon, surrounded by landscapes that felt almost otherworldly—coastal cliffs, forests, and mountain horizons. That world shaped who I am, and it’s why I see photography as more than just documentation; it’s an art form, an experience, and a way to create something that lasts far beyond a fleeting moment.

If you’re here, I imagine you’re looking for something more than just a photographer—you’re looking for someone who sees beyond the surface, someone who values the quiet in-between moments as much as the grand ones. If that sounds like you, let’s connect. I would love to create something meaningful together.

COURAGEOUSLY

SET APART

From the beginning of my journey as a storyteller, I wanted to be different, to stand out. I wanted my imagery to speak life into people, and be noticeably artistic. I've never believed your photos should be perfectly posed or orchestrated.

I think they should be real and emotional: conveying a story unlike any other. When you invest in me as your photojournalist, you begin a new adventure. One not just focused on you, but on your story and personality. I integrate not only my passion for this life, but also my love for Jesus, creative nature, and so much more.

A WORLD APART

FIND THE ARTIST, NOT THE VENDOR

Photography is one of those things that never really ends—there’s always more to say, more to capture, and so much more to feel. Weddings and portraiture is a huge part of my life, but at my core, I’m an artist first. I don’t just take photos for my career, but I live my life through the lens of my camera: I travel, I document, I publish, and I create outside of the wedding industry in ways that continuously push me forward. My journey started in a darkroom, developing film by hand, and that physical connection to photography has never left. Film was my first love, and in many ways, it still is. It’s not just a process or a medium—it’s something that challenges me, evolves with me, and constantly reshapes how I see the world. And? It's a challenge. It's personal, difficult, and unsure, which is exactly why I love it. Photography was never meant to be perfect, but imperfect.

Social media might make it seem like I only photograph people, but my work extends far beyond. Travel, street photography, editorial projects, moments that exist outside of any expectation—these are the things that keep me inspired. And when it comes to choosing a photographer, I always tell people the same thing: find someone who is passionate about photography outside of weddings. Find the artist, not just the vendor. Passion isn’t something you can manufacture—it’s something you live. It’s woven into the way you see, the way you create, and the way you tell a story.
